We have hired Lawrence for literally every single event function, celebration and gathering we have had since the first time he played for us years ago. He is a phenomenally gifted musician with incredible talent, presence, soul and charisma. He is also very professional, flexible, easy to work with and always arrives on time for set up and is always on point. When people talk to us about our wedding, literally EVERYONE talks about how great the band was. These guys aren't just a great wedding band, they're a great band—full stop. Multiple guests have asked us for their contact info or what venues they play at so they can see them again. Lawrence went way out of his way to give us an amazing night—hiring an additional musician, sending us cuts of our first song to practice dancing to, learning a whole bunch of songs we loved, and even sneaking a few surprises for us into the setlist that we'll remember forever. Backstory: I found this band by accident, a 2 am Google search after a band fell through, which led me to my now -- "my one and only wedding band recommendation". Lawrence went above and beyond on all levels. He is not only a talented artist - he is SO easy to work with and thorough -- then he absolutely kills it onsite. Did I mention Lawrence and the band are NOT prima donnas? Lawrence's energy is over-the-top infectious, his talent is unrivaled - he is the full package. He is a star and you get the best of him plus the band he pulls together - Eden's amazing lead vocals... the horn section.... bass and drums.... Andrew and Bryan's guitar/mandolin combo for the ceremony (playing Blackbird by the Beatles, then transitioning to Going to California by Led Zepplin) -- then killing everything at the reception. An outdoor ceremony with an impending thunderstorm and last-minute pivot - no problem for this band. What a rock star! Lawrence worked so hard every step of the way to make sure the entertainment for our wedding was perfect and every single guest commented on how amazing he and the band sounded. He did so much customization to make sure each song sounded just right and he totally nailed it. Our ceremony music sounded exactly as we had dreamt it would and the jazz trio during cocktail hour set the perfect tone for the evening. During reception, Lawrence drove the party in such a fantastic way, MC'ing us through the evening and really getting people out on the dance floor. Lawrence Trailer put together a fantastic 3 piece band and song list that exceeded our expectation. Lawrence voice is magical and his range and ability to deliver the songs was WOW. When my daughter first asked if he could sing an obscure song for their first dance, within hours he sent her a sample of him singing and playing it. Again- just blown away. I would highly recommend Lawrence and his wonderful band members. Now the business side - again WOW. Extremely responsive, following up and guiding my daughter about what was needed for the wedding and reception. Stayed and played an extra hour because the party wouldn’t end. There’s not enough words in the dictionary to perfectly describe how much I LOVED having Lawrence Trailer and the trio at my wedding. He exceeded our expectations a million times over. We would recommend Lawrence to anyone and everyone! He is so talented and was incredible to work with. He’s like a musician/wedding planner and put together a schedule that made our night absolutely perfect. Lawrence played acoustic guitar and sang for our ceremony - several different songs that we chose and he learned for us. Then he played acoustic for our cocktail party. And then he and the band played for the entire reception, including our first dance song which he also learned and performed flawlessly for us. He had everyone on the dance floor the whole night. Lawrence also put together an awesome medley of hits that everybody loves- it was the highlight of the night. Everyone we talk to says how amazing he was and how much fun they had. My husband heard Lawrence playing at a local bar and contacted him through Instagram, and I’m so glad he did. We were in a bind for a last minute performer for our annual block party this year and received a recommendation for Lawrence. Lawrence joined us for my wife’s 40th birthday party and he was awesome! He made the party and people have not yet stopped talking about him. He was very professional, punctual and most importantly skilled and talented. His song list was extraordinary and he was still happy to learn a couple more. His music is worth every dollar. 5 stars isn’t enough for Lawrence and his ensemble! Every guest raved about The Lawrence Trailer band performance and several people told us it was the best wedding band they have ever experienced. I wish I could give a million stars!!! We booked Lawrence's 10-piece band, and from the first call through to the big night, everything was exceptional. Each band member was incredibly talented - literally some of the best musicians I've ever been around. And Lawrence himself - in addition to his incredible voice - has the most amazing and unforgettable energy. Lawrence played beautiful acoustic music for our ceremony and our cocktail hour, and then the full band performed an epic selection of songs for the reception. Some current hits, tons of 70s and 80s classics, slow dances. Every style of music and the delivery of everything was simply best in class. I had literally dozens of people tell me that it was the best wedding band they'd ever seen, and the whole night felt like they were at an actual concert. Ripping guitar solos, piano solos, horns solos. They all hit the dance floor with us, too. Lawrence himself also treated us with so much love, so much respect, and so much care. I'm eternally grateful for the experience they created with and for us. We want to book them for parties, we want our friends to book them for their weddings - we just want more! Where to begin… from our first meeting with Lawrence we knew he was the perfect musician to enhance our wedding day. We booked Lawrence for a ceremony trio, live music during cocktail hour, and DJ music for the main reception and dancing. Leading up to the wedding he was extremely professional, diligent, and communicative to ensure the day went smooth. He gave suggestions and brought awareness to elements of the day that we hadn’t thought of - the guy knows his stuff. The day of was EPIC!!! From the second he played at the ceremony to the last song of the night, Lawrence and his fellow musicians rocked, and helped make sure the dance floor was packed. During and following our weddin, guests gave many many compliments about how Lawrence added a special flare to the day. We hired Lawrence for our rehearsal dinner at Crystal Springs Resort and had the best experience working with him. He is incredibly kind, professional, and has the best presence while performing. He is extremely timely in responding to you from start to finish and we felt extremely heard in our requests etc. Our friends and family had so many good thinks to say about him and we loved every song he played.
