This is a copy that was addressed to the photographer this morning:
“Good morning Muhammad,
As I have been reviewing the photos for the last few days with my spouse, I’ve been considering how to write this email;
as I’ve mulled it over, the one continuous word that comes to mind is, disappointing. While I am no photographer by trade, I can certainly tell quality, or the lack there of when I see it; that being said, the quality of what you’d expect from wedding photographs was simply lacking overall and to put it mildly in the words of my spouse when she saw them, all I can say to this is, what the hell? While we don’t have an expectation of any money being returned to us, this is certainly not going to get a four star review as we’re still trying to figuring out how to send these to family and friends without them also saying, what the hell Kelly? Why did they turn out so bad and blurry as well ? At any rate, I obviously won’t say thank you for your time and effort as that’s a pointless endeavour as I am at this particular moment still attempting to make sense of the one aspect of our wedding that would have been the most significant over the course of the next few decades where you have fallen short on the mark. With that in mind, good luck with your future endeavours as my hope for you is you don’t fail others as you have failed us in this venture.
