Because of her unique ability to establish meaningful clinical relationships with authenticity, warmth, and patience, she helps empower her clients to identify and dismantle unhealthy patterns, unpack shame, discover strengths and develop healthy coping strategies. Seasoned and skilled, Malika utilizes Collaborative and Strengths-based approaches, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness/Meditation to create a safe clinical space to offer her insight.

Malika believes that there should always be a safe space to explore our wounds because they are often the openings into the best and most beautiful parts of us. Identifying these wounds, and being able to navigate through them, will allow us to begin manifestation in peace and pleasure.
