My Wedding was one for the books , we had over 220 people this was Chef Gaston’s first huge wedding. He was perfect, we had our wedding at CMOA which can be very demanding at times is vendors. He met every walk through date and I even had my own notebook that focused on my day from chef Gaston. Chef Gaston does not consider cooking for others a job, he loves sharing his gift of curating new, soulfully flavored, tastefully presented masterpieces, and seeing others enjoy it... ultimately developing new relationships one plate at a time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Chef Gaston's humble beginnings began while working alongside his beloved grandma Dear in her kitchen and while helping tend to her garden. This experience is what inspires Chef‘s appreciation and passion to prepare meals with quality, fresh ingredients.
