Training services include a puppy program, basic obedience, public obedience and manners. I also offer individualized training to focus on specific problem areas. Owners and their dogs can receive officials AKC titles of certification once they complete the higher levels of obedience training.

Sarah is amazing!!! We have had 3 labradors previous to Otis that were never a problem for us. Otis has been a challenge for and for our 6 different dog walkers that quit on him prior to Sarah! !! She absolutely 100% helped us become better pet owners and Otis is now the fun, loving, buddy-forever dog that we wanted for our 8 year old daughter!!! Sarah uses positive reinforcement in her training and really educated the owners how to use it advantageously!!! Truth be told... Otis cannot wait for her to come see him... he absolutely loves her and would probably move him n with her and leave us high and dry! When we were at our wits end... and Otis too...Sarah rescued our family!!! Sarah is fantastic! We call her the "Dog Whisperer" at our home. She has helped us teach our puppy many of the basics, but let's be honest. .. she is really teaching us how to teach the puppy more than anything. We did a six week program with her and it was worth every penny. Since then, as new behaviors have crept up (like the barking and growling that came out of nowhere about a month ago), we have had her help us learn how to manage and teach the puppy through his new fear stages. She has gone above and beyond to work with him. She even took him to Lowes last week to help socialize him to help break the fear causing the barking and growling. I'll be honest... our dog listens and responds to Sarah better than he does us every day... but that's honestly a testament to how good she is! I would highly recommend her! More...

My family adopted a rambunctious 8 month old chocolate lab who had zero training. I was at my wits end when I found Sarah. She saved our lives. I knew we had a very special dog and Sarah brought out something in him we could not find. We went through 8 weeks of training and the transformation was incredible. What do you love most about your job?
Helping owners understand their dogs better to encourage a positive relationship.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I decided to start offering in home training because I noticed a lot of owners struggling to find the time to train their dog(s).
Why should our clients choose you?
I have experience with dogs of all ages and struggles. I am generally pretty flexible in scheduling and am eager to help in any way that I know how, from training to exercising or boarding.
Puppy Program
$140 - 6 week program covering how to care for your new puppy, potty training, some obedience, manners & socialization.
Basic Obedience
$175 - 8 week program for obedience and socialization.
Advanced Obedience
$200 - 8 week program that takes the basic obedience skills and puts them in a harder, public setting. This program focuses more on a well-behaved dog in situations like restaurants, dog friendly stores, parks, etc.
Exercise
$15 for 30 minutes.
$25 for 1 hour.
Exercise can be walks, runs, hikes, play, or conditioning.
Stay & Play
Bring your dog to my home when you are working or out of town!
$20 for daycare each day.
$30 per night of boarding.
