I love this gym! The environment is soo welcoming! The classes are so much fun and the trainers always make sure you are doing the move correctly so you won't hurt yourself. I'm a full time mom and this is my getaway during school hours. And again the classes are amazing. Took my first HIIT fitness class today and it was AMAZING! I felt so strong and motivated afterwards! Usually with fitness classes I have taken I have trouble keeping up or even being able to fully do the exercises they demonstrate. However, with this class that Andrea taught, I was able to do every exercise she presented but MAN did that class kick my butt. The activities were simple to maneuver but intense! Haven’t even started going yet but took a tour today at their grand opening event and it looks amazing. Looks very clean with all updated equipment. Amazing attributes have gone on in this gym! I have been a member for over 5years and have seen so much improvement with in the last month. The location is the old CA Ripped address but the inside has been transforming into a clean, updated, beautiful club! The new owner/manager is customer service devoted and the staff is helpful & friendly. The new manager Nick is awesome and his front desk people have been too! He allowed our Jr Zebra Midget Cheer practice in the class room so our girls didn’t have to practice in poor air quality or cancel practices! !
