What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
The secret to keeping the dance floor packed is to know your crowd. We constantly gauge the crowd to see what they are into and we adjust accordingly. Our goal for the event is to make sure we cover a wide range of different music choices and interact with the guests.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
Style is kind of tricky word. We have many styles which include a hands on approach for a wedding or event. We adjust accordingly by reading the crowd. Being hands on, we are able to make sure the dance floor to remain packed.
What do you love most about your job?
We love making engaged couples happy. It brings a smile to my face when everyone is dancing and interaction with each other. It is the most satisfying feeling in the world.
We also love interacting with the crowd wether it's a Graduation Party or Wedding Reception. When we see the crowd laughing and dancing, it's the reason we started our business in the first place.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired 20 years ago being able to start SoundScape Entertainment. At first, it took some time to be able to read the crowd but once we mastered that, we were very happy and satisfied with how the whole evening seemed to continually grow in a party mood.
Now that we have been doing all kinds of events from Anniversaries, School Dances, Graduation Parties and Weddings for over 20 years, we have the experience to handle all kinds of events in a professional and fun way.
