We used Some Like It Hot Catering for our "Post Elopement Party" that was hosted about an hour away. Patty and her team delivered delicious, warm food that our guests loved! It was great working with her throughout the planning process. She suggested a beautiful fall seasonal menu including squash, apples and cinnamon. Not ever having planned a wedding, Patty put all my anxieties and fears to rest; I quickly came to rely on her expertise. She offered suggestions and input to details I never would have thought of, helped to plan and organize the wedding, and offered the most wonderful menu . Her staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly and went beyond what I had expected (but greatly appreciated) most of all, totally competent and professional. We had an appetizer table outdoors which was presented beautifully and filled time while the bride and groom had pix taken. The food choices we had made for the buffet were cooked to perfection, everything came out of the kitchen on time and the food was amazingly tasty. An overall excellent planning and dining experience. Our working relationship was so easy, I felt like I had known Patty all my life and I had only just met her. In the end, I felt as if I had gained a friend for life. I highly recommend Some Like It Hot Caterers for any hosting events and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. 5 stars all the way home!! I cannot say enough about Patty and her crew at Some Like It Hot Catering. We didn’t really have a traditional menu or venue, yet Patty made sure we had everything just the way we would like it. She took care of everything from our food, set up, glassware, linens, and bartenders. She really can take care of all aspects of the food/beverage/service part of your wedding! Of course – none of that matters unless the food and service are spectacular – which they were!! We had a variety of food stations including a pasta station, sliders, tacos, salads, and a vegetarian station. We even had sundaes for desert! Our guests could not stop raving about the food and level of service! Patty was so easy to work with all along the way. She is very knowledgeable about the catering/service industry and was always offering helpful suggestions. We had 120 very happy guests and we couldn’t have done it without Patty! Thank you!
