How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Start by always using fresh not frozen products. I use my insights on what i think would be suitable for the occasion. Using my ability to grasp an idea of succulent flavors to make the menu perfect
What do you love most about your job?
Making the customers trust me to create an ideal meal for them and their guest. The reviews i get back is what makes me want to do it even more
What inspired you to start your own business?
My whole family is from the south, so when my mother and brothers tried my fried cornbread for the first time it made me wonder if i can make everyone this happy with my cooking. At 8yrs old i was preaparing 3 course meals for my family.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Wearing a mask at all times while cooking and preparing meals. Clean gloves will be worn, and a mask will be worn during all pick ups and deliveries
