What’s your signature dish?
My signature dishes are the spinach stuffed chicken breast with lemon butter cream sauce, and the Veggie Parmesan Pasta.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I let them see my food menu selections with prices. If the menu items and pricing is suitable, then I suggest we go from there. I also ask if there are any dietary restrictions and/or food allergies. I am open and honest when making suggestions and answering questions.
What do you love most about your job?
Watching my clients' guests enjoy the food, clean their plates, and ask for to go boxes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been self employed since 1995. It's all I really know. I have started several businesses in addition to this one. I love the freedom it gives me to do other things
Why should our clients choose you?
I love what I do. I cook from my Southern roots. My food is made with love. My menu prices and services are budget friendly. The food will be plentiful and enjoyable. I can accommodate most palets.
Meal Prep and Delivery
Home cooked meals for Breakfast and Dinner. Great for any occasion and can fit into any budget. Family sizes available. Order as much and/or as often as needed. Long term contracts are available. Dietary restrictions to accommodate lifestyle changes are ok. Vegan/Plant based substitutions must be requested and may incur an additional fee. Menus available for pricing.
Food Service Manager
Provide Client with service/wait staff, and equipment for events. We will oversee all aspects of food and beverage service. Includes set up, service during the event, breakdown, and clean up.
Equipment includes chafin dishes/racks, canned heat, pans, serving, utensils, tablecloths, beverage dispensers, etc. Pricing available upon request.
