I have to give this entire experience an honest 10/10. From communication to execution everything was perfect. With such short notice chef Shad was very fast in his responses and provdied details and options for what he offered. We got a full 3 course meal with added wine and flowers for Valentine's Day. The surf and turf surpassed our expectations! Everything was cooked and plated to perfection. The customer service was great and the price was very reasonable for all that was provided. I focus on balance, quality, cost efficiency, and sustainability. After creating an initial draft, I refine the menu based on client feedback to ensure it meets their expectations and offers a memorable dining experience.
