Beginning I got a prefer for my neighbor because SeaBrite Cleaning they came to my neighbor house did It one time So I got a number I called in I spoke to Robert the owner I asked him for a quote so he quoted me for my home for $200. I agree so he sent Jerry’s come to my home by himself, he did a wonderful job. I don’t have any cash so I can’t tip him, but I did call in spoke to Robert’s . I asked him to add $20 to my credit card for Jerry’s tip That’s was then. One month later because I have to work done on my house window got dirty So I called back in and ask for Jerry’s to come back out to clean it for me and The Quote is $200 I’m OK With the price.many time they been late and cancel Finally, Jerry come out with two person they clean my windows I tip him in cash so the next day Robert’s call me for me to pay the bill. I gave him my visa number and he charged in my card I asked him how much he charged he told me $220. I say why $220 he told me because that’s the last time he charged I explained to him what happened the $20 was the tip for Jerry’s and he never gave it to the guy so this time he charged me $20 more he need to refund my money. He say OK he gonna refund back to my credit card he never did. So I waited And waited never happen I called in to ask for my refund again, he said he mailed to my address and that’s what two weeks ago I text him and I explained to him he need to refund me $40 sent to my address. And I’m still waiting for my refund. If he Dishonest to trade in his dignity And his business for $40 very very shameful No one will trust him anymore. His business will go down and it’s not good for someone working so hard for him and he’s not hand out a tip for them that very shameful.. More...

Robert and Jerry from Seabright came to our home for a total window, cleaning and power washing of the gutters. It’s not an easy job as our house it’s pretty high. We had used seabrite twice before and were pleased. However , this time Robert and his crew did a very poor and sloppy job. Five sets of windows were water spitted badly, used our hose left it in the dirt nozzle missing, left off two screens sitting along the house. Texted Robert he said the windows must not have dried properly but wouldn’t be back in our area for a few days( never heard from him again). Absolute horrible service. Check out their yelp reviewsThis is why they tell you reviews can be manipulated. They came out to clean the windows of our vacation home. Got an original estimate of $190. They came out and did the windows then charge me 235. I go to my house a week later and find out they only did half the windows. Then at that time they decide to tell me that a construction truck was in the way and they couldn’t complete the job. Why wouldn’t they have told me that when they charge me full price a week prior. I could have easily called the guys doing construction to have them move their truck.We scheduled an appointment for them to come back. They never showed up so I called again and we rescheduled it for later that day. Then Robert comes out with a full on attitude. I just sent him on his way.
