Q&As

I enjoy the work in this industry because it is a win/win/win situation, you satisfy the clients wants and desires, you improve the built environment, and you created something special. I get to help the client realize their dreams. What more could you ask for.

I enjoy being involved in the whole process, not just a part of the process.

I will listen to what they have to say, come up with a working plan that flows well with their input and then make it look like it was always there.

Services

Our projects range from single family residential, new and remodels, multi-family residential, tenant improvement, and new and remodeled commercial projects.

Just recently I helped an existing church get their conditional use permit so they could continue their service. They were having to get a CUP and Variance every 10 years at a cost of 20,000 to the jurisdiction. I was able to prove that the variance was not needed since it was legal non-conforming and to make the CUP be for a 30 year time span instead of 10 years. While I did not change the building I did change the economics of the church, so they could do more for the community.
