Stacia and the Radiance team were there to to guide me through a challenging time and grief had overtaken my daily life.
With Stacia, I discovered that there are seven stages (not 5!) to grieving, and not everyone experiences them in the same way.
Stacia allowed me to recognize and work through the stages with coaching specific exercises she’s developed specifically for grief work. I know that without her compassion and expertise I would still be struggling with my emotions and grief; her support during this transition was invaluable and personally transformative.

The best part about my role at Radiance Consulting & Coaching Groupe is the incredible opportunity to make a profound impact on both professional and personal levels. What inspired you to start your own business?
I was laid off twice in 2022 and early 2023, which was a tough period for me. As usual, I turned to my amazing Tribe of friends for advice and insight. Two of them, independently of each other, sat with me and highlighted not only my successes but also the challenges and failures I've faced. They pointed out how I've turned these past "adventures;" from being laid off twice within a year, enduring a tumultuous, violent marriage, navigating the escapades of dating and relationships, to being globally recognized as a thought leader in Big Tech were experiences that so many people could related to and ultimately helped. I've been able to find peace within myself despite incredible odds and turn it all into teachable moments. Every single experience has shaped me into a woman I'm incredibly proud of and at time time time, staying present, humble and insightful.
These two incredible women said, "Stacia, it's time to unleash everything you know into the world, help others who are going through similar situations, and watch them rise; just like you have." It didn't take me long to realize they were absolutely right. Radiance Coaching & Consulting Groupe was born, and we haven't looked back! It's an incredible ride, and I can't imagine doing anything else.

Yes, we provide services both online and remotely. Through Zoom and can offer personalized coaching sessions that are just as effective as in-person meetings. This flexibility allows clients to receive the support they need from the comfort of their own homes or wherever they are in the world.
For those who prefer face-to-face interaction, I offer in-person coaching sessions in the Bay Area. Additionally, I can arrange for group coaching sessions and retreats at custom, international or domestic locations, providing an immersive experience tailored to the needs of the group.
This combination of online and in-person services ensures that clients have the flexibility to choose the format that best suits their needs and schedules.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Radiance Coaching & Consulting Groupe continues to leverage remote or online coaching sessions via Zoom to minimize in-person contact.
Additionally, we adhering to local health guidelines for in-person sessions, such as mask-wearing, social distancing, and enhanced sanitization protocols as appropriate and by client request. We also offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate client preferences for virtual or in-person meetings.
We communicating regularly with clients about safety protocols and any updates related to Covid-19 precautions especially for in person events and retreats especially at international locations.
