We booked with DJ Q for our wedding because we were looking for a DJ who wasn't just going to press play for our next songs. DJQ brought together the ENTIRE experience and made it a night that will not be forgotten! he was very professional in making sure all guests could hear what was going on by making sure our Officiant was mic'd so guest could hear what he was saying.

He made live mixes like we wanted, he brought energy to the entire party making sure everybody was doing SOMETHING! He included everybody and instilled his own amazing personality into the party making us and the wedding party feel as though he was apart of the family. I was worried about a lot of things during our wedding but my DJ wasn’t one of them! Quinten is AMAZING.

Hello, I should have all good reviews for DJQ and did at first! I will say his communication and problem solving is great!

But I was so disappointed and saddened and a huge way.

DJQ signs a contract with me and had a set date for my wedding. He called the Wednesday before my wedding and said he had a family event on Sunday. And traveling to my wedding would make it hard to be there. He canceled and sent someone else who he said is experienced and would be great.

Fast forward long story short he double booked himself and lied to me about why he couldn’t make it to the wedding. Usually, I wouldn’t have a problem if the guy that was sent didn’t ruin our wedding.

I wish I could leave a good review but as I said in the beginning…communication and slight problem solving was good.

Just make sure before you sign that you assure your wedding is the only one the day you book! More...

WHAT A DJ!!! I found DJQ by complete accident on a local Facebook community page. People were RAVING about him, so how could I NOT inquire? ! But, what they don’t tell you is he is a beautiful human, first. My daughter’s wedding was perfection. She and I have an extraordinary bond. Since she was a baby, I always sang “Landslide” to her. It’s our song. I knew I wanted to do something special for our Mother/Daughter dance. Quinten and I collaborated behind the scenes for months about me recording my version of Landslide. He wanted me to sing it live, but there was just no way I could get through that song without bawling. Quinten went out of his way to make sure my recording was perfect- he even brought me into his home studio! Here’s the best part of this story…my daughter was ALSO planning something special for me. Quinten also helped her record the most beautiful tribute to me. You see, I was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer in March 2023. The news was devastating. My beautiful daughter was getting married in September 2024 and all I could think about was surviving to make sure I was present. Thanks be to God, he saved my life and allowed me the privilege to share her beautiful day with her. When DJQ started to announce that we had been working on a surprise, he paused and flipped the script on me! He played my daughter’s heartfelt tribute. When I say I UGLY CRIED, I ugly cried. Then we surprised Blaike with my recording and danced. When I tell you it was pure magic, it was pure magic! The room was bawling, we were bawling…it was the most beautiful moment of my life. Quinten, thank you. You are such an amazing human. Oh yeah, his DJ skills are off the hook - he had the place hopping all night!! We are STILL talking about what a blast we all had.
