What do you love most about your job?
We love the customers and assisting them however we can. We try to be as close to bare minimum costs so that you don't need to worry about any unessessary costs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our business started up 40 years ago because we loved the new technology that was computers. It was in a time where computers were so new that the internet didn't exist and couldn't run many programs. Due to how often the computers had issues, and we didn't have too many technicians in the area, we had the brilliant idea to create our own business, and us being here still represents how well our system works.

Besides the assured quality and mimimum costs, we try to maintain great communication with our customers, that we call friends, maintain amazing support, and cut any middle men out of the deal as much as possible, so it is just us and you.

We can provide services online and remotely. As stated in our concierge and remote services, we can help clean up computers, help with any technical support, and provide any major computer advice and software assistance.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Besides making everything as contactless as possible and remote services, we also sanatize and clean up our store daily, and if time allows, hourly.
Many of our employees also keep hand sanatizer on hand as well as a mask. Feel free to set up an appointment with us if this is something you'd prefer having.
