Worked for them for 7 years, never got a raise because they were incapable of holding down a contract subverting any potential growth. Eventually got thrown away like garbage making the equivalent of a Walmart cashier after the fact. I swear these people don't care. I was literally one of the only employees who showed up for work in an office during covid too. I hope innocent people will see this review and honestly realize how inhuman a few can be. This place is dreadful, extremely prejudiced, and unethical in every way. I'd only been there for a few months when I realized it was nothing but bad news. They had a problem with almost everything I did: my performance, my appearance, the way I interacted with clients, everything. It wasn't my fault that their subpar training provided an unreasonable amount of knowledge that I had to absorb in a short period of time. I was also dealing with serious health difficulties at the time, and they repeatedly advised me to ditch my baggy pants and replace my sneakers with flats or heels. It was truly a headache to work for them. Every day that you wanted off, you had to hop through hoops to get. You can't request off weeks, it must be days. They only allow a certain number of being off on 1 day; God forbid you booked a vacation. If you quit and didn't finish your two weeks, they cut your check significantly in half, and refuse to send it to you until the equipment is returned. I had some family situations to deal with at the time of my employment, and I was forced to sign a waiver that said "This day, I will return full time or I will be terminated". after working for nearly 5 years it was truly a headache and a waste of time as far as development (promoted 3 times and still make under 40k) I made myself physically Ill because of the job and stress and was told they could offer me part time without health insurance to suffice. Working here and barely making ends meet as a management position ($1200 check as management every 2 weeks) they also offer incentives for people putting up reviews on these sites. Google, glass door, indeed & LinkedIn, so beware when you see 5 star reviews. Once my project ended they offered me a minimum wage position and demotion - is that how you treat those who dedicated and sacrificed time ? Best thing I ever did was let go this place - it’s a recycled call center at best ! If you want to be micromanaged, haunted and no work life balance this is your gig ! More...

Relationships! I love to meet and collaborate with people from a variety of backgrounds and industries.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Two colleagues and I decided to start our own contact center business to help clients looking for boutique style, customized contact center solutions in 2005. There are many providers out there who provide staffing services but very few like ours. We provide custom support based on specific client needs and we hire people who are best suited for the job. We do not provide Cookie Cutter services! In 2009, American Customer Care purchased our business and I continue to support new business sales for both brands. Together, our two companies provide custom support across 6 sites in the US and a soon to be new site in Costa Rica where we can offer blended solutions for our clients.

We provide custom support for our clients, not standard call center offerings. We are consultative and will work hard to help you provide Best Practices in the most efficient manner. All of our clients have experienced efficiencies generated by our people, process, technology approach. We absolutely can provide online/remote services. In fact, we have over 1,200 employees working remotely since March 2020 when the COVID - 19 Pandemic hit the US. We have had remote capabilities for our staff for many years as a disaster recovery process. When COVID hit, we were able to transfer all of our staff without any downtime. We continue to provide our services with remote employees while we have a small staff in all of our sites. This year we have acquired several new clients and we were able to hire, recruit, train, and launch remotely with great success.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have almost all of our staff of 1,200 customer contact professionals working remotely with a few staffed at each of our 6 sites in the US. We have successfully supported our existing clients and acquired new clients remotely. We continue to provide successful, consistent, quality support for our clients!
