I got so lucky when I found Porter's Catering for my mom's 80th birthday bash! Not only did he make my mom feel very special when we went for a tasting meal prior to the event, but he sent us home with amazing leftovers! The food was incredible! Of course, I booked him immediately. They were incredibly professional through the entire process. The rates were terrific, and the food at the event was super delicious! The party was a couple of months ago, and people are still raving about the food. Their set up was beautiful, we had plenty of food for our full party (72 guests), and they still sent us home with leftovers! Again, the food was incredible! We had roasted chicken, lasagna, green beans, mashed potatoes, salad, and rolls. Again, people are still raving about how delicious each of these dishes were! Also, after the entire party was served, the head chef, Michael, walked to each table and asked if everything was OK. Really, the food was phenomenal, the presentation was beautiful, and the service they provided was world-class professional! I would give Porter's Catering a 20-star rating if I could!
