Super responsive and super friendly and nice. I called him and he was at my house within 45 minutes. I showed Rail the TV mount I had and he informed me that one wouldn't work, at that point, he offered to go purchase the correct one for me and bring it with him to my house so I wouldn't have to go back out shopping. He didn't charge for gas or inconvenience, nothing. All he asked was to be reimbursed for the tv mount he got for me and he kept in regular quote the same, super generous.
