This company is my first choice for all my home repair needs. When I first moved into my apartment I needed my flatscreen TV hung on the wall in my living room. They installed my TV and did a really good job. Another time my air-conditioning was leaking and warm and they came out immediately and repaired it, I even got to sleep with cold air that night. The next time I had a problem in my guest bathroom with the toilet and once again they came right out and fixed it. They have done other minor repairs for me as well like fixing my broken door lock and even hung my Christmas lights and decorations when I Could not find nobody else willing to do it! I am planning on remodeling my kitchen and bathroom really soon and I will definitely use Piper Construction for that project. They are fantastic! More...

I got in touch with Piper Construction after hearing the founder, Evan Piper, speak at a business event. At the time, I had just inherited a house in Pinecrest that had been neglected by a relative for 15 years. I needed to get that house put in good enough to sell condition. At the same time, my wife and I had just purchased an old Spanish stucco house in Coral Gables and found that the person we had bought it from had not been forthcoming about some serious problems. Evan went out of his way to make sure I had the teams and resources I needed. He sent his highly skilled people to crawl around in my hot, cramped attic, climb scary tall ladders, and make sure I knew what I was dealing with. These guys are absolutely awesome! They are really good at what they do, and very honest and respect your time. This to me, is just as valuable as good workmanship. Who wants to be stuck at home, waiting for a plumber to turn up, right? Frank said he would be here early in the morning and indeed, by 09:10 am, he had already fixed the toilet and was on his way to his next job! Kudos to Piper Construction! More...
