We had the absolute best experience with chef Rafa during our stay in Naples! From start to finish, everything was seamless—professional, friendly, and so much fun.
The meal was not only beautifully presented but also one of the most delicious we’ve ever had. Each course was thoughtfully prepared, fresh, and full of flavor, and Chef Rafa went above and beyond to tailor the menu to our group.
Beyond the food, he created such a warm atmosphere—it felt like a special event right in our own space. It was the highlight of our trip, and we can’t recommend him enough for anyone looking for a private dining experience that’s both elevated and personal. Truly five stars!

I hired Chef Rafa for my 40th Birthday Party at my home. From start to finish he was friendly, polite, respectful, communicative, reliable and punctual. Before the event, we exchanged several calls and texts planning the menu and presentation. One week prior to my party, Rafa came to my home to solidify the plan for my event. On the day of, Chef Rafa showed up exactly when he said he would (4 hours before start time). He brought with him 2 assistant chefs and 2 waitresses who were also very friendly, respectful, experienced, and hardworking. Chef Rafa fully executed the menu and presentation of 10 hors d’oeuvres, all within the time frame given...and at the desired temperature. Each item was beautiful and delicious, especially the coconut shrimp and filet mignon bites! Before leaving, Rafa and his team cleaned my kitchen, mopped my floors, and put everything away as best they could. I would certainly hire Chef Rafa and his team again. I have many! Some of my favorites include my tuna nachos, braised short ribs, smoked prime rib or poached halibut!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I make the process as easy as possible for the my clients. Once I get an idea on what type of foods you like to eat, what type of elevation you would like & what your budget is, I begin creating dishes that you’ll be sure to enjoy!
What do you love most about your job?
I love that food doesn’t lie, & has the ability to express itself. If you’re having a bad day & you taste a dish made with love, you’ll be happy instantly! Also I love how food brings people together!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked in multiple restaurants, where I made a dish & guests would walk into the kitchen asking for the chef that made the dish. I realized how talented I was & that the world needed this!
