These people (Perfect Timing Catering) are FANTASTIC! I didn’t know them in the beginning but I loved their videos of their previous events—and ours was just as beautiful. It was a lovely memorial for my brother, 150 people attended. At least ten people asked me where I found this team. Every detail was top shelf! I had them while at a PD event. the salad was great! the chicken sandwich meat and peppers was good. the bread itself was stale and I wish is was sauced more.

Hi Regina, thank you for the review and feedback! The Bread was toasted in the oven prior to arrival time, which could have resulted in the stale texture that you’re referring too. We will take this in considersation next time we have a drop off catering.
