PC-Triage was started to address the simple fact that the retail chain computer repair departments are not in the business of repairing anything. They are designed to step you up to a NEW computer. Rarely is a computer beyond repair, but that's not what they would have you believe.

If you are in the market for a new computer, that's an entirely different story, but if you need your computer to last for years to come, I am the person to call. I believe, going into it, that everything can be repaired. So, if I say you need a different part, it may not need to be new. There are huge options for used computer parts, and there is nothing wrong with them - in fact, I guarantee the new and used parts that I install.

I have 44 years of working in retail. I know what service is. Service that used to be exclusive to the TV repair man. In a lot of ways my job is the same as the old TV repair man. I come to your home or business to work on the problem computer. If it needs more time or work than what can be handled in your home, I bring it into my state-of-the-art repair shop. Speaking of TV repair, I recall the dreaded words, "I'm going to have to take it to the shop." As a kid, it was devastating to hear that, and to an adult, the computer is about the same, you can’t do a thing when the computer is in the shop. However, I can turn computers around in less than 24 hours in most cases.
