Next level was great i used them for an elks new years eve event they helped me through whole process called with updates the service was friendly and professional the food was awesome I've never had so many compliments on how good the food was and we throw alot of events i plan on using them again in the future for events

Chef Anthony from the start he was very responsive. I had specific needs for our catering event, my father's repast. Our family is from New Orleans and we love southern cooking and that’s exactly what we wanted, all my dad's favorites. This was a great experience. Chef Anthony created a fantastic menu for my event. He and one server took care of over 50 people! The food was delicious. People loved the meal. What’s your signature dish?
As a chef with more than 30 years of cooking experience. I actually do not have just one signature dish. My passion for people and food has led me to explore and practice many different cultures and cuisines. I have exceptional cooking skills which allow me to properly prepare many dishes according to their cultural origins and taste and I love them all equally.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I like to a have a brief direct conversation with our clients. This helps to gain an understanding of the customers cuisine favorites, general food taste,any dietary restrictions and the type of event the menu will be for.
These elements then allow me to not only build a delicious custom menu suited for each customer but equally important the manner in which the food will be displayed and served.
What do you love most about your job?
Food and people are my true passion and I love being able to combine them both into what I do best.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My desire to bring my passion for food and people together and share it with others.
