New Day Pastoral Counseling Services brings compassion, grace, hope, and healing to you at your home or remotely by on-line video sessions. Our services are for everyone, not just religious people. You never have to worry about finding the office or parking because in your own home is where most people feel comfortable. If you prefer a remote video session instead of in-person, we offer this through several online services like Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams. If you prefer in-person, but can't meet at your home due to safety issues, I will meet you at an alternate safe location of your choice. "Home" means wherever you live.

PASTORAL COUNSELING is available for adults 18 and over for: Depression, Grief, PTSD, Trauma, Sexual Assault, Premarital and Marriage Counseling Services are $65./ session. Premarital Counseling is $300. This includes 6 sessions and the ceremony officiated by Rev. Carlene. Marriage Counseling is $110. for the first session then $95. per session thereafter.

65+ PASTORAL CARE is offered on two levels:
For more independent, decisional and fuller functioning Senior Adults, Rev. Appel helps them to sort through the many life changes, challenges and decisions they must process and deal with from a faith-based perspective.
The Second Level is focused on Senior Adults with Alzheimer's Disease or other forms of Dementia whether they live with a family member or reside in a facility appropriate to their level of need. Rev. Appel loves and has worked with this special population since 1985, and specializes in being able to connect with them on both a one-on-one or group basis. Families appreciate the way she makes their loved ones feel safe, secure and loved. Hugs included!
Both levels of services are available for $65./session. Sliding scale is available for those on limited income and hardship. Rev. Carlene recommends booking adequate time for family questions and counsel related to your loved one such as coping, self-care, grief and funeral planning.
