My experience with My Pro Fresh Chef was great from the initial contact. The website was easy or navigate and was setup in a way that helped me to convey what I was looking for. Response time was very quick and polite. I appreciated that because in the beginning you are not always certain what is needed. I was always met with quick direct answers and thoughtfulness to keep me on track for what I was going for. There were many menu options of varying simplicity to extra fancy dishes. This company is so wonderful in that way. From small party to large or light and basic to plated service and in between. They can handle it all and do it VERY well! I was hosting a 14 person dinner. We had the Chef cooking, a server and a bartender. It was such a lovely experience all around. Food was delicious (that's most important) and the server and bartender maneuvered about with precision making sure each guest was taken care of from the beginning. We hired Isaac and his team to cater our wedding in November after he catered another one of our friends' wedding in June. Isaac is the epitome of professional, kind, and oh my God his food is amazing. Our wedding guests were raving all night about how amazing hors d'oeuvres and the dinner service was. My dad even got up during dinner service to walk over to me and tell me that it was the best Seabass he had ever had!!! I've always heard horror stories about brides being too busy to enjoy the food at their wedding, but that was not at all the case for me because Isaac's serving staff was there every step of the way bringing me plates of everything making sure I got to enjoy it just like everyone else and I am so grateful for this!!! This review is long overdue as I have already used My Pro Fresh Chef on two occasions and have been blown away each time. To say that this is the catering service to use is an understatement . Isaac is a master at flavors, service and overall presentation. The quality of food is superb and it should go without saying that so are the combination of flavor profiles that he executes. The first event that we utilized My Pro Fresh Chef was for a formal birthday dinner. Isaac was more than generous with working with me, considering that the prior catering service bailed on my event 5 days. He undoubtedly came to the rescue. But it was more than that. His attention to detail and to flavor was spectacular and it led me to use his services for our Christmas Eve dinner. His food was the talk of the night! Isaac and his team did a great job catering our 100+ guest wedding up in Big Bear. Everyone loved the passed appetizers during the cocktail hour and I loved my dinner! Planning my wedding myself was a stressful process, so when it came down to researching catering companies, I had lots of work to do! However, after I found My Pro Fresh Chef and their website, I knew I was going to reach out. Isaac and I connected and instantly had a great feeling about this catering company and so we booked! On the day of the wedding, Isaac's team showed up professionally dressed, greeted me, asked quick questions on where I prefer set up and they got to work! Their presentation was absolutely amazing, very nice and neat! Our guests started grabbing food and immediately many people let us know the food was absolutely delicious and if we can pass along their info! Throughout the event, Isaac and his team kept checking on my now husband and myself making sure we ate and if they could help with anything. If you are looking for the BEST catering company to cater your event - you found it!!! I did a ton of research before making my decision on who to hire to cater my son's 1st birthday party. I wanted to have it at a park which presented a challenge to a lot of companies I spoke with but My Pro Fresh Chef was excited to help out with catering for the party in the park. They exceeded any and all expectations that I had. First off, the owner, Isaac, is quick to respond and very kind and professional. His goal is to make this part of your event seamless at a very fair price! I had a lot of guests with various food restrictions (gluten free, vegan, dairy free, etc.) and he was able to answer all my questions and make accommodations in consideration of the guests' needs. The setup was beautiful and clean. Last, but definitely not least, the food! I come from a family that are self proclaimed foodies and they were raving about how good everything was. We had sliders, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, potato wedges, grilled pear salad, grilled chicken tenders and a melody of peppers. We used this catering company last week for my brother's wedding. My brother and new sister-in-law didn't have a lot of time to plan this wedding and had a tight budget, so I helped with the food. I communicated with Isaac through the whole process and he was prompt, friendly, and very professional. We had filet mignon and salmon as our main entrees for everyone (130 person party). Isaac really tried to accommodate our budget and his was the best competitive price we could find. The filet mignon was INCREDIBLE. I am not exaggerating when I say that it is one of the best I've ever had! I'm not a fish person, but I heard many people complementing the salmon as well. All of the sides were equally delicious. I highly recommend Isaac and My Pro Fresh Chef. My wife surprised me with a dinner party at home my 65th birthday for a group of 12 friends and family. My wife said that Isaac was very good at communicating during the planning stages and kept up the secret very well. He and his staff were very professional and attentive. The personal service the whole evening spoiled us - from setting the table, passing the seemingly unending appetizers, filling our water and wine glasses, clearing the table, and cleaning up afterward like they weren't ever even there. It was fun to watch them in our kitchen preparing these fine dishes. They brought everything they needed to prepare and cook our choices. The food was absolutely fabulous. We had the charcuterie board (I could have made a meal just out of the variety on the board!), the hand-folded crab wontons (very generously filled with fresh tasting crab), the mini Korean tacos (not really mini-could have made a meal out of them too!), and the pan-seared scallops - soooo good! For dinner we had the pear walnut salad and choice of Guinness Braised Short Ribs or Eggplant Charlotte and Crème Brûlée for dessert. Everyone raved about the food. Portions were generous and the plating was elegant. Just WOW! My family had a surprise 60th birthday party for me on Saturday. It was a sit down dinner for 18 people and every single guest commented on the amazing food and service. They served a beautiful charcuterie platter along with tray passed hors d'oeuvres. Dinner was the most delicious butternut squash soup that even people who said they didn't like butternut squash raved about it. We had a beautiful roasted pear and feta salad with a fabulous light dressing followed by entrée - Filet with a Lobster Tail, the most amazing Scalloped Parmesan Potatoes and grilled Asparagus. The filet was cooked to perfection and the lobster was incredible. The service was outstanding and the kitchen was left immaculate. Isaac and his team were absolutely INCREDIBLE. We hired my pro fresh chef to cater my mother's 50th birthday and the experience from the very beginning to end was amazing. Isaac's communication between pricing, the menu and timeline of events was very comforting since I planned the event while living on the east coast. He was very attentive and the food was DELICIOUS. We also used his bartending services and my mother's guests loved the entire experience. I booked this company for my grandmothers 90th birthday party on May 13th,2023, and it was amazing! It was 17 of us, and everyone loved it. You need to order their Salmon-tinis and Korean pork tacos appetizers. They are to die for! My Pro Fresh Chef exceeded my expectations. This is the first time we had someone come and cater for us. Normally all of my family makes the food when we throw a party. This time, we didn't want to cook and do something special and different for my mother's 70th birthday. We were served appetizers and they were very generous with the portions and delicious. And then we all sat down at our tables and had our meals served to all 35 of us. Boy did we get first-class treatment! Everyone felt special with the great service and raved about their meal. All around 5 stars for the service and experience!  I communicated with Isaac and Adam for all the party planning and they both were very professional and prompt with all their responses. This last weekend we had My Pro Fresh Chef come out and do a personal chef/catering event for us.  What an amazing experience it was.  The food was beyond tasty and amazing, we had shrimp cocktail for appetizers (cocktail sauce was delicious and tons of shrimp to go around).  For our main course we had a salad with a maple vinaigrette that was so delicious I had to ask if I could keep some extra for later on lol.  Now the main event/dish was surf and turf, the lobster had a delicious garlic butter sauce on it that tasted absolutely perfect.  Now the filet mignon was my favorite part of the entire night, first off it was wrapped in bacon which who doesn't love bacon, it was cooked perfectly (medium rare to medium) and the sauce was was blue cheese with bacon bits.  I am drooling just writing and thinking about that steak again.  Last but not least the staff was amazing (all had masks and proper attire), our server doubled down and bartended for us as well which was awesome and the chef made the night perfect with the amazing food.  P.S. they left the kitchen just how they found it.  And we will definitely be calling My Pro Fresh Chef back for our future gatherings as we had no complaints.  Thank you so much! We recently had my Pro Fresh Chef catering come out and do an anniversary party for us.  Not sure where to start but let me just say the food was amazing, we had surf and turf for dinner (haven't had a steak so good in a long long time).  We had bruschetta and meatballs (tasted amazing and definitely huge in size)for our appetizers.  The service was great and they followed our schedule to the tee.  They are a super fair company as they require a 50% deposit to book a date and the remaining 50% to be paid on arrival (could not be more fair for both sides).  We will definitely be calling these guys back for our future gatherings.  P.S. they were super safe when it comes to COVID and entire staff had mask on. My family and I had in home catering (Personal Chef)done through my Pro Fresh Chef and let me just say it was amazing.  The food was unbelievable and the service was on point.  We had ribeye steaks (biggest steak I've ever eaten)with cowboy butter sauce and boy were those steaks perfectly cooked and juicy and the sauce was awesome (first time having it).  For appetizers we had a cheeese/charcuterie platter which was also very good and had all kinds of goodies on it, not to mention it was so much food.  We will definitely be calling these guys back, keep up the good work!!! Awesome company with awesome employees.  Recently had a 10 person sit down meal catering event done by my My Pro Fresh Chef and let me just say the food blew me away.  We had rib eye steak with brandy peppercorn sauce and it was delicious and extremely juicy and the flavor was unbelievable.  Staff came fully prepared with all equipment needed which included plates, silverware and glassware.  Staff was also very professional and had masks and gloves on entire event due to COVID!!  Awesome service all around and will definitely be going back to my Pro Fresh Chef as I can't wait to see what other amazing options they have on their diverse and large menu.  Thanks again for servicing us in these tough and trying times and we wish your business the best in the future and we will definitely recommend you to our friends and family.
