Chef Markell is here. My culinary journey began with the Italian maestro Mirko Zago. At first I worked for free at night. But soon I became a full member of the kitchen team. I learned quickly and most importantly I realized that the kitchen is the call of my life. I especially love Italian cuisine. It is loved by many, simple, tasty and spectacular. I have worked with various gastronomic projects. Greek, Spanish, French and other cuisines that I managed to get acquainted with.
In California, I gained a lot of experience working in various restaurants and caterings. I have worked with many Chefs.
But the desire to create my own cuisine and build my own restaurant made me start a business with a Private Chef. And now my team and I serve incredible events from 2 to 500 people.
I owe all this to my dear wife Ronel, who have always supported and inspired me. That's why we are M&Ro Kitchen.
