What’s your signature dish?
This is a hard question cause my husband says that I make everything delicious
My signature type of food is Italian cause I'm Italian
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I make a appointment with client to meet them in person, to get a feel of what they want out of the event. We exchange ideas and then I finalize with them what they want and then we talk about budget and then we price the food.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting my clients and figuring out what there vision is for the food for there event.
Also the day of the event the expression on my clients face that they are happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My Mom was a amazing cook and she taught my brother and I how to cook with love.
When we were all in the kitchen cooking together was the best time cause she was teaching her children her legacy. When I'm cooking creating my meals I'm in my element.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I treat everyone like there family and I really love to cook.
