When my 2 year old Dell 24 5000 all-in-one with 1 TB Hard Drive seems to be unexplainably running out of space, on the internet through the platform Thumbtack I found Microsec who responded right away. My 5 year old Seagate external has 4 partitions and for some reason one of the partition was not showing up. So I went online on Google and searched for help when Microsec responded to my request right after I selected them on the platform Thumbtack. The tech was clearly told that I am not a tech savvy person and need a patient man to help me, so the tech guided me to their website and then he got connected to my Apple laptop. I was knd of worried and also kind of happy to find the help so soon but my decision to select them turned out to be the best one as the tech was able to figure it all out and he took some technical steps via the Disk Utility and the Terminal through which he was able to get back the data accessible on my Seagate external hard drive. I would highly recommend Microsec for their work quality which I witnessed and their professional manner in not only solving the problem but also fixing small issues so that this storage error doesnt show up again. As a busy professional even though I am careful on what I click, it so happened that I clicked on a phishing email which brought my daily business to a standstill as it took me straight to a BitLocker screen which I had no clue how to navigate. So, I reached out and Microsec called me right away and assisted me with both my computers. Also, as a safety measure they printed the copy with the BitLocker key so that I know how to face this tech challenge if at all it comes again in the future.
