I hired miami clean squad 754-226-0066 to do the job, and they did an excellent job, they even took pictures after it was done. Being that my roof is 30 + years old, and had not cleaning it for over 15 years, They did a soft wash, and now my roof looks new. They are reasonably priced (I checked different Companies).
