How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Each guest is different and that idea is what drives us. We love to ave fun and create the perfect meal to accompany your event.
We will check about dietary restrictions, allergies and preferences first then move to budget- with all this info we can usually get a pretty good idea about what items will fit your event best.

Private Chef Dinner
A private chef dinner is the perfect way to elevate your event. With a custom menu and staff to serve this option gives you exactly what you are looking for, for those extra special events.
Family Style Catering
Our family style catering is a great option for those bif gatherings, wether it's family or a girls trip- this option allows you to graze at your leisure and enjoy your company.

A traditional style buffet, this is a lightly staffed event (2-3 staff)

Full Service Catering
Our full service catering option is great for those time when you want to sit back & let someone else take care of... well everything!
We will provide the staff, the food, set-up & clean-up.
(Linens, China & Silverware not available at this time, but we are happy to provide disposable items!)
Plated Event
Whether you have 10 guests or 150, Mesquite Catering and Events can make your vision come to life with a staffed & plated meal.
For a small fee per plate we will dish out and serve you and your guests.
