Memorable Moments Party Elegance

I was amazed at the excellent customer service provided by Memorable Moments staff. It was a wonderful experience, unlike any other rental company I have frequented. Previously I have worked with numerous rental companies that focused primarily on financial transactions with little consideration for the customer experience. This type of behavior did not exist at Memorable Moments. David, Elaine, and Tonia were incredible and consistently provided timely and helpful product or service advice or suggestions. I was planning a large event and expected almost 200 guests. I arrived at Memorable Moments with this incredible vision and only expected staff to direct me to the location of pictures or perhaps the showroom. I did not have that experience at Memorable Moment or the feeling when you arrive in a room and you feel like you are imposing. I felt like the staff “cared” when I visited their showroom. They were extremely attentive to details and listened to all my concerns. They also aimed to understand my goal in order to provide better service. The outcome, my exact vision was captured and implemented in ways I never imagined. I was excited, thankful, and remained thrilled for days. Every comment from each guest was complimentary about the total experience. More important, they offered options or suggestions with total consideration for my budget. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. Their commitment to customer service is very strong. They were able to consistently meet my expectations and fulfill my needs. David was Great!! My Daughter's Wedding was a dream come true!! Everyone felt like we were on a movie set! The props, the colors everything was Wonderful! David at Memorable Moments was Awesome. He seemed to just know exactly what we wanted before we did. He made everything come together to make the event shine. We had a Beatles Theme Party and he was able to recreate the 70’s all over again with his wide variety of items to choose from. His team came in and knew exactly what to do while he took his time with ANY questions or concerns I had. His thoughtfulness and kindness was Wonderful. This is probably the BEST decorating rental place that I've seen. David and his team at Memorable Moments definitely set a huge standard for me when it comes to a party! !! David was so helpful coordinating our decorations for our command holiday party 2018. His store had so much to offer and so many options that we almost couldn't choose. He helped us pick our colors and it went perfectly with our theme this year. (Our theme was The Great Gatsby.) If it wasn't for David and his team, I don't think it would have been as phenomenal. I am the Junior Class sponsor at a local high school and we host prom every year. For the past 2 years, we have used Memorable moments. The experience was nothing but exceptional. I enjoyed being personally taken around the showroom. They have expert advice on what may work best for your event. I chose self pick up and return of the delivery and they were readily available to help me with that process. Chairs and tables were very clean.

First i want to say thank you to all the staff. We celebrated our wedding in April. We had a wonderful experience with this company. They help us out a lot. Even on our wedding day linda came over and help us get things together. My wife wanted an outside ceremony but the arch she wanted wasnt a choice, so she worked with linda about getting something beautiful and on our budget and she was able to come up with something that fit our budget and was even more beutiful than our first choice. We've worked with David at Memorable Moments for the 3rd year in a row. Our annual awards event looked beautiful again this year because of the the work from the staff at Memorable Moments. The chair covers, bands, and centerpieces transformed the room. As we were setting up this year, we discovered there was a misunderstanding on what was delivered and they were there within 30 minutes to fix the issue. As the Junior Sponsor at Brooke Point High School I've worked with many companies over the years to put on a prom for upwards of 600 students. I have never felt the need to publicly thank a company until working with Mr. David Canty of Memorable Moments. Mr. Canty went above and beyond our contractual terms to make the 2016 Brooke Point Prom amazing. He treated our student representatives like queens when they chose decorations from his showroom and then added to what they chose without blinking an eye to blow their expectations out of the water. The look on our student's faces when they walked through the columns, into the draped, lit-up ballroom was unforgettable. Unbeknownst to our representatives he added cocktail tables, and VIP areas roped off with stanchions that put the finishing touch on the entire scene. Mr. Canty’s taste is impeccable and he will not leave the job until it is perfect. I overheard him as he called his showroom to have them send an additional truck of decorations he felt would be the icing on the cake. He is truly the best and we thank him from the bottom of our hearts! His DJ Harvey Lee was also top notch, the kids danced the night away and didn't want to leave when the music stopped.
