Second time doing pictures with Melanie and I absolutely love them! She is great, patient and is willing to hike with us and get cactus in her shoe (lol) just to get the best picture. I would recommend her to everyone!

I can't even begin to express how absolutely amazing Melanie was! Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and professional but also so warm, friendly and easy to work with. We don't actually have our pictures back yet but have seen the sneak peek from our session and they're adorable. Melanie was super patient with our twins and when our session ran a little bit over, she was super accommodating and made sure we got what we wanted. She even made sure she had props for our vintage theme and contacted me ahead of time to make sure they'd work for us. She went above and beyond for our family. I would recommend her to anyone. Melanie did an amazing job with our Four Generation Shoot. She came to the shoot with lots of neat ideas and combinations for four generations photos. At the time, my daughter was only 3 months old, but she accommodated a cranky and easily distracted baby with ease. Additionally, my grandmother has some knee issues and Melanie always made sure to ask if my grandmother was able to get to the different sites and suggested alternate poses so she was comfortable at all times. The weather turned unseasonably windy and rainy while we were out- but her editing made it look like a gorgeous sunny day without looking over-Photoshopped. Being able to handle so many uncontrollable factors, while still delivering great pics? That's the mark of a good photographer. I can't wait to have her do Christmas family photos in a few months!
