Danielle took fantastic care of both of my dogs while I was away for business. She sent me updates with videos and pictures multiple times a day and gave updates about how they were adjusting and if they were eating, etc. She was instrumental in giving them and myself training for some of their untrained habits. Lulu took exceptional care of my 2 dogs. We left them in her care on Tuesday then picked them up on Sunday morning. She kept in contact with us, with descriptive updates of their days including pictures. They had outside time (even in the snow) and play time with other dogs. Lulu did a fantastic job with my anxious, spicy gremlin (Frenchie) Zeus! My dog has issues with vacuums and being contained in a room plus had a few bites under his belt. Danielle has been a blessing since the first day we met her. At the beginning we were very scared because it was our first experience with doggy day care and boarding but since the first day we knew Bella was in good hands. Danielle sent us videos, pics and reports every day. We loved seeing our puppy interacting with other doggies in a safe and structured environment.My dog has a health condition & Danielle was very knowledgeable and recommended natural remedies. We loved our experience with Lulu’s. They handled a complex me fine schedule and feeding. They sent nice videos and clipped our husky’s nails all while making sure she played nicely with the other dogs. I highly recommend boarding here.

Amazing experience. First let me start by saying we have a teenage boxer. I say this with love, but she is stubborn and crazy with bad manners- basically, a lunatic pup. The kind you have nightmares about for boarding and training. Lulu Naturally was a perfect match for us. My boxer pup was clearly well cared for, socialized, exercised, and came home kind of like a normal dog. 🤣 My husband even said what “did that lady do to her. She didn't jump on me once" referring to when he came in our front door. It was great to receive regular updates with pictures and videos. Was looking for someone to care for my diabetic and blind dog. Lulu had great reviews so I gave her a call. I honestly knew just from speaking with her that I found who I needed. Went a week before to meet her. Her home was warm, clean and inviting. We were away for 5 days. We received pictures, videos and updates on each of those days. My 3 year old Pomapoo (also named Lulu) spent the day the with Lulu and all her 4 legged friends. Today was wonderful. Lulu is thorough and extremely knowledgeable about caring for animals. She was professional and very kind to my Lulu who is having anxiety issues and needs house training. It was really an excellent session. I cannot say enough about this amazing woman right here. I feel like i’ve known her forever, but until this week, I only knew her in my social circle of mama connections… I had no idea how much she would impact our Kona girl, and our family! This year we have struggled with clipping Kona’s nails, among other things. She was always nervous natured and very cautious as a puppy. She takes a bit to trust new people, but loves you unconditionally once she does. She truly is the sweetest. Her sense of protecting us, the kids, her house, seemed to be taking over her peace - she was visibly more and more anxious, and threatened by less and less. She got more fearful of strangers, people just walking by our house, even the TV. We tried all these training strategies on our own for months, expensive calming supplements, and nothing was working. The nail clipping, we were convinced could only be done under sedation - 2 groomer visits, a phone consult with our vet, and even tried out a highly recommended new vet. At the end all these visits left us defeated, Kona more traumatized, and made me so uncomfortable with our situation, like there was something so wrong with us, that was unfixable. “She must be medicated and sedated.” None of it sat well with me, how they handled her…their perspective felt very closed minded. Beyond their scope. I felt like I imagined what was possible, and someone out there had to have the skills, expertise and heart, to help her, to help us to understand her and know how to help her feel better and more confident. Lulu Carter ♥️ It’s her. She talked to me about Kona, like no one else had. And she said… “Bring her to me”. 12 hours later (2 sessions), of training with Lulu, and she is already a happier, more peaceful and confident version of herself. 😭 AND all her nails got clipped and filed today. 💃🏻👏🏼 (reminder about the 2 groomers and 2 vets who could not / would not, and all that money i paid them 🙄). In her “Lulu Naturally” trainings she does SO much - listening to voice commands, decompression, social integration, interacting with other dogs (which Kona LOVES apparently 🥹). She sends videos so you see it, learn it, and can practice it. It’s all personal. I am having a hard time putting into words what is happening in such a short time, and we aren’t done with our training by any means, but i’m so excited where we are today, and just looking forward to Kona contuining with Lulu. Aside from her innate ability, sense, talent, literally a gift to the doggy world, ultimately Lulu did what no one else would. She took the time and patience Kona needed to feel understood. She didn’t get impatient, she was strong yet gentle, persistent yet flexible, and she never gave up. 🙏🏼 If you are looking for a confident trainer for your pup, Lulu is who you need. I had such a great experience speaking with Lulu today! We talked for almost an hour, and she gave me so many helpful, realistic tips that actually make sense for my our new puppy and my schedule. You can tell she really knows her stuff and genuinely cares about helping both the dog and the owner. I left the conversation feeling confident, supported, and excited to put the advice into action. Lulu was amazing with our Vizsla puppy. We first used her when we needed someone to watch him at 9 weeks when my father-in-law passed away. She was able to watch him on short notice and he was well taken care of and loved at that time. We just took our kids on a short trip and we were going to board him at a kennel. On second thought I knew Lulu was the way to go and that he would be safe and well taken care of with her. She sends video and photos to let you know your fur baby is ok. It is great because she exercises your dog and if you have a puppy it is a great way to socialize them with other dogs. I needed a place for my dog to stay while I went away and a friend gave me LULU‘s number. I made the phone call and was pleasantly relieved with the conversation. LULU offered me to bring my dog and leave him for an hour, to see how it went, and so Sam can get acquainted with the new surroundings, and smells, as he is blind and deaf and 16 years old. When I pick Sam up, he was happy and calm. I knew this was the perfect place to leave Sam when I went on holiday next week. Lulu was great with our puppy! She is very focused and well informed about how to train puppies. She sent us daily videos and pictures to show his progress. Lulu is really loving and supportive. We had a last minute engagement out of town and couldn't take our pups. We called a couple places close to our home in east moriches with no luck. Then I contacted Lulu. She was super friendly and helpful. She was able to take both our dogs last minute, very accommodating. Lulu made sure to explain the boarding process. What to expect, what she does and how she handles dogs in her care. She was super thorough and made me feel really comfortable about leaving my babies with her all via phone. Then when we arrived she greeted us promptly and introduced herself and the property to us and our dogs, after a quick tour of the front, and allowing us to see the interior via the windows we knew we were making the right choice and our pups liked her and were comfortable with Lulu so I was comfortable in leaving them. We have never boarded our dogs before, so we were initially nervous but by the time we were getting ready to leave I felt at ease and knew my dogs would be well cared for. Lulu is very kind, understanding and helpful/knowledgeable about dogs and their care. The whole process from initial phone call to drop off was so seamless. We were sent photos and videos of our pups while we were away and our inquiry texts about how the dogs were doing at any point were promptly answered. 10/10 highly recommend. This was the first time Bailey boarded in someone else’s home, which was nerve-racking—but I’m so glad I trusted Lulu. Lulu is a kind and compassionate soul who treats your pet like her own. She provided frequent updates, pictures, and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. She’s truly trustworthy, and I highly, highly recommend her. Bailey has stayed at other boarding facilities before (like Houndstown), but he never received the same one-on-one care. He would come home smelling like urine and wouldn't eat the food we sent. We couldn’t be happier with the care Lulu provided for our dog, Murphy! From the very beginning, her communication was thoughtful, clear, and consistent—something that immediately gave us peace of mind. Before drop-off, she took the time to do a proper introduction between Murphy and the other dogs she was watching, walking us through it in person so we felt totally comfortable and knew we’d be leaving him in great hands. While we were away, it was clear from her updates that Murphy was having the best time—playing, relaxing, and genuinely enjoying himself.
