Ok so where do I start. Been going to this place for about 7 years now. It may be a bit expensive sometimes but they care for the pets as if they were their own. My pet had a cyst on his neck that was due for surgery the week after he needed to be boarded. Now mind you I can't really leave him anywhere else as he doesn't trust anybody else and usually get sick if I try. Well his cyst blew in the middle of his stay. They took him quickly to the vet to get emergency surgery; I obviously did my part taking care of the cost from my end which isn't the point. But after discharging there was a possibility that due to the post-op care he wouldn't be allowed to board anymore. I was out of the country and panicking. The facility manager, Lindsay, took MY pet to HER home and took care of him for the rest of the stay while I got back. I mean, if that doesn't show true care, I don't know what does. We boarded our cat Fizz for the weekend so we could get some packing done for a move. The staff was so kind and friendly. They made sure that all of Fizz's needs were met and gave a report card of how he did while he was there . He got a nail trim and was brushed out when we came to pick him up. As a first time pet owner, I have no Ideal what I would have done without Pet Palace. The staff has been extremely supportive as I navigate through pet ownership. It has been their words of encouragement and their expertise in caring for my puppy which has assisted me through our months together. What do you love most about your job?
I love working with dogs and thier owners. The joy I see in an owners face when their dog begins to behave for the owner is priceless.
What inspired you to start your own business?
There is a lot I want to do with this business. Right now I do at home private lessons, but I would like it to grow into a boarding and training facility including a Rescue aspect. Rehabilitating dogs to make them more adoptable.
Why should our clients choose you?
I care about every client and every dog. Training is one on one so it can be easily customized to fit the needs of each individual owner and dog. My job is to make the relationship between you and your dog better and enjoyable.
