We hired Louis Pettinelli Entertainment for our wedding and they were incredible! I was admittedly nervous because we werent able to see them live before the wedding, but my fears were immediately gone during the first song. We had a cellist and keyboard for our ceremony, a jazz trio for the cocktail hour and Intrinsic Groove for our reception and all were fantastic! We even had an odd request to have the band play the first 45 minutes of our reception outside on the patio and then the rest inside (a request that every other band we spoke to denied or were hesitant to do) but Louis was instantly fine with the request, simply telling us we'd need to pay a small amount more for them to bring 2 drum sets. The indoor/outdoor sets were perfect and we were thrilled they were so accommodating to make it happen. The lead singer of Intrinsic Groove kept the energy up for the entire night and even got a dance battle going. Late review, however LPE performed at our April wedding reception, and although I was VERY skeptical as I had no idea who would actually be performing, (they have many musicians), LPE did NOT disappoint! They were professional, diverse, and SO friendly!! We only planned on having dinner music with no dancing at our reception, and LPE knew this well in advanced, however once they started playing, you could NOT keep the guests from dancing and singing along to LPE’s extensive repertoire! Our guests could not stop thanking them at the end of the night! The best part was when they sang and played a private song for just my new husband and I while our guests were outside preparing for our “exit.” Our small three piece ensemble was AMAZING and made our night SO special! We had the absolute pleasure of hiring Louis Pettinelli Entertainment for our wedding on May 10th, 2025, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the band brought an incredible amount of energy, talent, and professionalism to our big day. Louis, Michelle, and Teresa were so wonderful to work with to have a jazz band at our Boston--area wedding. The whole process was clearly communicated and they were very responsive to questions that came up. They also worked very well with my other vendors who needed their input for timelines and coordination. On the day, the band sounded absolutely amazing! All of the guests were complimenting them-even my cousin who is a music teacher had very high praise for them! They were on time, very friendly, professional, and, of course, super talented! We had a trio (Mike, Gabbi, and Camilo) perform the ceremony and cocktail hour music and could not have loved it more! The music itself was perfect, their timing for the processional/recessional was perfect, and they were willing to learn some new songs for us (including creating their own arrangement for the Rudy movie soundtrack). Louis himself was incredibly helpful too - responsive and offered great advice about songs. You can tell that he loves what he does. And their pricing is incredibly reasonable. Louis Pettinelli Entertainment was an absolute dream to work with. I thought that a live band for our wedding would be out of our reach, but LPE was so easy to work with and what an incredible value! Our band, LPE Snapshot was incredible and our ceremony musicians were amazing too! The vocalists were high energy and kept the whole event moving. They were great Emcess and they even added some special non-traditional reception activities for us. Tomás was the amazing pianist assigned for my informal neighborhood holiday party and he gave an amazing performance. He’s a real virtuoso and even played some of my personal favorites like a sea shanty and old English Christmas Carol, we saw three ships. Tomás arrived early and was super helpful Getting me organized before Guests arrived and he pretty much played through the evening to the delight of my guests… was truly magical…. As live music is! I got married in New Jersey in October 2024. The band were superb. Nothing was too much trouble - from managing the MC responsibilities, hyping up the crowd/guests, and even playing special requests (including the best rendition of "Down Under" I've ever heard . .. this says a lot coming from an Australian!) Great musicians and wonderful energy. I had at least 15 guests contact me since the wedding to tell me just how much they loved the music, and what it did for the energy around the evening. We could not have been happier with LPE for our wedding! Organising a wedding from overseas was very difficult at times but Louis and his team were such easy vendors to work with and made the planning process seamless and enjoyable. My husband and I opted for the seven piece band, which included a cello/piano for our ceremony and three-piece Jazz trio for the cocktail hour - which were all incredible. The band offered to learn a few new songs for us - the main one being Land Down Under (as we live in Australia) and they pulled it off so well.. the crowd actually went wild! LPE's Intrinsic Groove was spectacular. Their sound was great! Full, balanced, tight. Every performer was incredibly talented. We were blown away by their sound and their ability to learn the songs we requested, which included an original piece for cello and piano that the groom arranged for the ceremony. Every one of our guests had high praise for the musicians in all 3 of their performances throughout the night. Louis and the band made special accommodations to allow the groom to play with his band at one point during the night, which was a highlight for many of the guests. And it happened because they were willing to work with us to MAKE it happen, which many other weddings bands were not. We would absolutely hire them again for another event, and encourage anyone looking to liven up their wedding or event to do so as well! For our cocktail hour, they quickly moved to another room in the venue and we added a saxophone player and bass player. We had so many complements on the perfect mood music. We hired LPE StarSign for a corporate conference in Colorado Springs. We wanted to make our evening reception fun for our physician and healthcare executive attendees. LPE StarSign was AMAZING. Louis and his team were great to work with leading up to the conference and during the event. From the moment they started their sound check, even the staff setting up were commenting on how good they sounded. My husband wanted a DJ to save on budget, but I was set on booking a live band. After checking out a few of LPE's samples online, I knew LPE was the right band for us. We booked two vocalists, including Dillon, who truly brought the energy and sound we wanted for our wedding. Our wedding guests had nothing but positive things to say about the music. From ceremony, to cocktail hour and reception -- the music was on point. I will add that Louis has a lot of experience and can help couples decide on the right band and equipment needs given their venue space and size of event. After booking, we did inquire about specific songs that could be played live. Louis was honest/transparent about the fact that our specific requests would cost an extra fee for the time it would take his muscians to learn. While we didnt end up getting custom music, I'm sure it would have been spectacular for those wishing to go that route. Dillon, our lead male vocalist and emcee, was fantastic as well. He would frequently check in with us to ensure timing and announcements were to our expectations. We really do appreciate Louis recommending Dillon during booking because Dillon made our wedding that much more memorable. While there were a few planning/coordination details we could have improved on and worked out ahead of time, Louis and his team made themselves available at moment's request to help us get things sorted. We are grateful for their responsiveness and dedication to making our wedding day perfect and would highly recommend them to any couple looking for top-notch entertainment for their special day.
