What’s your signature dish?
Red Wine Braised Short Ribs - classic French, slow cooked until tender served over garlic mashed potato's and topped with a reduction of the braising liquid so it's naturally thick and full of flavor.
Texas Smoked Brisket - dry rubbed and refrigerated for 24 hours, then smoked for 16-20 hours depeding on size creating a beautiful "bark" on the outside, still juicy on the inside and tender. Truly amazing dish!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We ask clients up front about any dietary restrictions, food allergies, likes, dislikes, favorite cuisines and let us know about anything else they would like us to know. Then we create menus to fit those guidelines.
What do you love most about your job?
Interacting live with clients during a dinner party or event. Seeing people happy and enjoying themselves is the best :)
What inspired you to start your own business?
I came up in the restaurants from 14 years of age, opened up two restaurants from ground up and was getting burnt out with all the nights, weekends, holidays and long days/nights... I love entrepreneurship. It is also hard work but much more rewarding!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If anyone is high risk or just wants to feel comfortable, we will wear a mask while on site. In the end, it's all about the client and what they want.

Fully staffed, bar tenders, servers, set up, tear down, just be present and enjoy your beautiful day.

Weekly meal prep. Change up the menu weekly, prepare all food in your home, package, refrigerate, clean up and repeat weekly.
