If you are looking for a photographer, look no further. Their friendliness, customer service, and quality is the best. Lewis portraits did a garden wedding for us and the photos were beyond compare. Nick started by working with the bride as she was getting ready getting and moved out into the garden to take candid pre-ceremony shots. The shots of the ceremony were varied and priceless. Honestly, we first looked at this company because of its affordable price, but absolutely were blown away by the professionalism and attention to detail! This company is phenomenal! We had Nick as our photographer for our (2nd) wedding, and he was amazing! Very friendly and personable. Wedding Videography

I read that one of the biggest regrets that a couple can have about their wedding is that they didn’t hire a videographer. I was adamant about having one although my husband wasn’t. After contacting a couple of people who never got back to me, I made my husband look for one. He contacted a few vendors, but Lewis Portraits actually initiated contact with him.

Although we were in talks with some other videographers, it was partly Lewis Portraits’s communication style that made us choose them. While talking to the owner, Chuck, I felt like we mattered. Chuck is very personable, friendly, and communicative. When talking to other potential video vendors, we didn’t feel cared about. It just seemed like we were another number to them. Chuck and Lewis Portraits is the complete opposite; they actually care about you and your important day. They treat you for what you are, people, not a business transaction.
Communication was constant. We talked about once a week. Chuck wanted to make sure that he had all the correct information and our requests written down, that we hadn’t changed our mind on anything. It made us feel like we were important, that we were not forgotten about, and still had our place with them. This was really nice considering other vendors may not talk to you for months, which can be worrisome.

The videographers, Nick and Austin, were great. Nick called us a couple of times before the wedding to confirm the details. On the day of the wedding the videographers just did their thing, recording everything. We hardly noticed them there. Some vendors have very set and specific rules for the day of the wedding. Lewis Portraits is very flexible. We did not know how much time we would need the videographers for the reception, so they allowed us to make the decision in real time, staying longer at the reception after the initial agreed-upon time. It was so kind of Chuck, and the videographers, to be willing to do that. That is great service!

The final product was on 2 flash drives that were mailed to us in a carefully wrapped package. When watching the videos, it is obvious they cared not just about their work but also about us and our special day. You can see the effort and care the videographers put in during filming and the number of creative decisions they made. They did not just film the action, but also the setup of what the place looked like. They also captured angles and moments that the photographers missed.

Therefore, I am glad we hired a videographer. We couldn’t have asked for better service. It was a pleasure working with Lewis Portraits because they are very genuine. We chose one of the best because not only did they do a great job and had a fair price, but also because they went above and beyond. It is rare nowadays to find vendors who are not just professional and value your business, but who are also personable, caring, thoughtful, and communicative. These are excellent people to work with! I arranged to have a family portrait done. This involved 13 people ranging in age from 6 months to 78 years. The photographer had the patience of a saint and took a variety of shots in all different groupings. Chuck, the owner, answered all my questions, was very clear about what the cost would be and delivered the final product in a very timely manner. Our Mom’s Memorial Service. We found ourselves being faced with the passing of our beloved Mom and putting all the pieces into place while we live 1,200 miles away.
It was important for us to have a permanent record of Mom’s service and also the family and friends who were gathering.
After a lengthy search I found Lewis Portraits and made contact with Chuck Lewis, (Owner).
Chuck was instantly responsive to our need and most sincere in his compassion and kindness. We were immediately comforted in knowing that we were in very competent hands to have Mom’s Memorial Service video taped.
We were placed with one of Lewis’s top videographers, Dianne. She was very communicative prior to our Service; then, showed up even earlier than she was scheduled. She was very courteous to our needs as a family and graciously sought out what was most important to us .
Dianne was totally a professional and immediately went to work to prep the site and be ready for videotaping. We engaged her for an additional 2 hours.
We were so thrilled to learn that the editing was done immediately and Chuck ensure that it was mailed to us within one business week. We could not expect a better outcome form this company!
Lewis Portraits provided us with a finished product that was exceptionally well done, with the musical selection that we provided. What a beautiful and memorable record we now have for our family’s history .
