La Morra is authentic Mexican food! We tried tacos, chilaquiles, chiles rellenos, sopa de tortilla... the flavors were magical. I love spicy but my husband doesn't tolerate it as I do, and that was not a problem: their sauces range from mild-mild to hell-hot, all of them delicious. What’s your signature dish?
In Italian food: lasana is definetly one that my clients die for, in mexican food: chile en nogada and in general im pretty good at all the baked protein, most of my protein I bake it as I try to make it as healthiest as possible
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Im pretty good at adapting myself, my food, my. creativity to clients ideas, i always let them tell me all their ideas and I accomplish their ideas getting them together with mine, always looking for them to have a unique experience.
I big plus that i have is that i could also help with the decorations and that i'm pretty good at balancing the menu so that way they are all balanced in nutritional meaning.
What do you love most about your job?
My passion is definitely cooking for people and getting to see their reactions when they try my food. Every time I cook for someone I put all the love to it and I always grew up with the idea that if you cook it with love, it definitely tastes different and my main purpose is for not only the person who hires me enjoys, but all the people in the event, for that meaning I always offer options, so that way everyone is satisfied.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Looking for me and my family to grow. I have two daughters and my husband and I have always looked for many ways of giving them the best life we could possibly give them and then I realized that what I was missing is doing what I mostly love doing, that is cooking, ever since I started cooking and sharing my passion with my clients, my life has changed and i'm so happy for it, that's why everyday i'm even happier sharing my food with all of you.
Why should our clients choose you?
I don't only want them to pay me, receive food and thats it. I want them to get a whole different experience, I want them to be happy, to enjoy, and to live a unique experience with my food. I feel clients should definitely try my food, because after trying my food, i'm pretty sure they will want much more catering's with me, because based on my experience as soon as a client starts with me, they keep being my clients forever.
