Jamie Kopp is by far the worst counselor. She is unprofessional, insensitive, answers text messages during sessions, forgets your name. She knows little about the field uses what you confide in her against you, makes you read from bland, useless, old worksheets rather than ask you what you want to work on, uses her sessions (and charges you) to update her billing info and records. Nothing meaningful was accomplished. On top of all of that, she doesn't verify insurance and thinks its a courtesy to refund any money she owes the patient-- despite her being in clear violation of the insurance contract. Like I said, knows very little about the field and requirements. Poor communication skills. Save yourself and go elsewhere! More...
