I booked Knotty Pine Catering Services for our daughter’s 15th birthday celebration. We have a dinner party with 26 people, and it was an intimate, elegant event.
I had several quotes come through for booking, and I am SO glad I went with KPC!
One of the biggest reasons why I booked was their speedy communication. I had questions in regards to the proposed menu, and they responded almost immediately. My questions were always answered and my requests were taken into consideration (this was all even BEFORE I booked!). KPC spent the time listening to my vision, and they delivered!
Although it was an elegant event, we wanted to serve my daughter’s favorite meal, chicken and alfredo pasta. The food was amazing!! It was definitely an elevated, more formal menu that still appeased my daughter’s request.
From the appetizers, to the main course, to dessert, our guests were SO impressed with how flavorful and appetizing everything was!
We had a sit-down dinner, and KPC’s waitstaff was wonderful! They were on top of passing around appetizers, our meals, and dessert. They were on top of making sure that our beverages were served in a consistent manner, and continued to check up on myself and our guests.
Throughout our planning, I communicated with Lydia. She was such a pleasure to work with! She listened to my requests, delivered, and even gave great suggestions! A lot of our dinner party décor was DIYs, and Lydia was so sweet, she would communicate with me to let me know when certain stores had sales 😊. Although we did not need for KPC to bring much to set up, as far as décor is concerned, I know Lydia was prepared to assist us with decorating our appetizer/dessert table, and anything else we needed! Again, she was such a pleasure to work with!
If you need catering services for your next event, KPC is the way to go! The food was second to none! You will get outstanding service and delicious food at an affordable price. Thank you, KPC, for making our event that much more special!

Book this service if you don't want to receive the food and you don't want your money back. This is the WORST experience I have ever had in my life. I booked this catering service for an 18 person bachelorette party and 15 minutes before the taco bar was meant to arrive I was called by the owner, Lyndall Locke who informed me that he was not coming because they had trouble with their van. What a joke. I had already paid in full the $600 total and he told me on the phone he "already refunded me." The next day I reach out as I do not see a refund. He tells me it takes 2-7 days. On the seventh day, still crickets, so I reach out and demand a venmo refund. He says he will pay me that same day.....doesn't happen. He then says he will pay be first thing the next morning. Nothing. I call multiple times to check in. He tells me im being a brat and that I should wait until end of day to check in (even though he said he would pay in the morning). 6PM 11 days after I paid him in full and I'm just sitting here.
