I took a chance on them because they were new to bark a had no reviews. I am so glad I did because they were amazing. My sales rep was responsive and accommodating.
They were well priced and reasonable. They day of the event they were on time for our event. It was so windy outside but their team adjusted very quickly and made everything so beautiful.
Now let’s get into the food. They provide us with so many options. We had som vegans and vegetarians in or office that could not stop talking about how good the chickpeas were. Everything was so delicious and flavorful. There was more then enough food food everyone to get seconds. The drinks were strong and worth the extra money. We will definitely book with them again.

We proudly serve southern comfort foods with a Caribbean twist. This is where elegance meets southern comfort. Our Stuffed Salmon with Cajun garlic butter is amazing.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I let the clients choose from our variety menu. It’s important to us that our clients get exactly what they are looking for. We provide our clients with a list of menu options and they are able to select their menu from the tears available. If you don’t see something you like, let us know and we will make it for you.
What do you love most about your job?
Making my clients happy. We pride ourselves in 100% satisfaction guaranteed. This means we do everything in our power to make sure that that happens. Happy clients equal return clients return clients equal extended family.

You were able to book consultations on our website. Once we schedule your consultation and discuss your catering needs, we can move forward with your booking process or schedule a tasting if necessary.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All off are employees are fully vaccinated and required to get COVID test 72 hours prior to events. While on site, our employees where mask and are required to sanitize frequently.
