K-One did a 1-room addition and new bathroom for our home. The signed contract through final inspection took about 17 months. There were delays, some errors, and some inconsistent/misleading communications. When they strayed from the signed plans, they didn't coordinate with us for input. Ultimately, there's a remaining to-do list following K-One's completed work, which includes repairs. The team did a great job of taking our feedback during the design process, and worked within our budget needs.
