We recently had Jozef Catering cook for our friends get-together of 10 people and it was a HUGE hit! We went with the Persian BBQ – Luleh, Shish, and Chicken kabobs grilled over charcoal. Seriously, the flavors were amazing! The Saffron rice and those roasted potatoes with rosemary and garlic was perfectly cooked. We also had a lovely spread of salads, hummus, and tzatziki, which were all fresh and delicious. For dessert, their homemade carrot cake with coffee and tea was the perfect ending to the meal.
