What’s your signature dish?
My specialty dish is a crispy battered fried chicken made with traditional Southern seasonings and techniques for ultimate comfort food.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
The secret ingredient to a perfect dish is to passionately devote my time in the kitchen to cooking and only cooking. Try to eliminate distractions and focus intently on the task at hand. I make it look good by presenting it nicely. And most importantly, I cook with love
What do you love most about your job?
I experiment with new dishes, help put together menus, and see the joy on people's faces when they eat what I make. This is my dream job—it's what I wanted to be as a teenager.
What inspired you to start your own business?
"I have always been passionate about cooking, and I believe that becoming an entrepreneur will allow me to take control of my financial future. Owning my own business has been a lifelong dream of mine, and the kitchen is the perfect workplace for me. The atmosphere of the kitchen has always captivated me, and since I started working there, I have never looked back."

I began my culinary journey at the age of 16, working as a line cook in a local restaurant that specialized in soul food. Since then, I have trained under various chefs, attended culinary school, and kept up with the latest cooking techniques, styles, and equipment. Cooking is my passion, and I take pride in creating dishes that will leave a lasting impression on those who taste them. I believe that my food can help to make someone's special event truly memorable and turn them into a loyal customer.
