Johnny was the absolute best photographer we could hope for. We have beautiful, artistic photos that we can proudly share with our family and friends. He was attentive to our specific needs/wants and to the details of the day. He was extremely helpful from our first introduction to the very end (especially with timeline). You cannot go wrong hiring John!!! We used John for our wedding and he was incredible from the beginning. He answered any and all my questions. John brings such high energy to everything he does. You can really tell he cares about his couples. John gave us a mix of beautiful classic shots and really cool artistic shots in both our engagement and wedding photos. Johnny was incredible. He took our engagement photos back in October and was wonderful about getting them back to us quickly. Wonderful photographer! Johnny saved us in a pinch and provided an amazing and personal engagement session that only turned out to be a preview of how fantastically skilled he is. Johnny is an excellent communicator and his care for his clients shines through with his attentiveness, organization and attention to detail. When it came time for our wedding, Johnny and his co-photographer were on time, professional, kind and very good at reading each person and knowing what the people they were photographing needed to feel comfortable and at ease in front of their cameras. Further, our wedding was on the rainiest day of the year, to say conditions were not optimal for photography or a wedding is an understatement. Still, Johnny and team were able to work through and around this and find just the right way to capture our day. John Shaw is an incredible photographer but more importantly is great at the little pieces of a photo shoot you don't think of. He's comfortable at interacting with clients, makes you feel at ease, has great ideas for different poses and creative types of backdrops. He is very customer focused and always has the best interest of the client on his mind. He's tenacious at getting that "perfect" shot. You can trust John to not only give you the highest quality photos but to be able to shoot your event beautifully.
