He came to do a family photo shoot with our 96 year old grandmother and all the grand children and great grandchildren and it was so uniquely special and he was so kind, warm, patient and compassionate with all the chaos. I was looking for a last minute drone photographer to video my daughter's wedding outisde in Newport. I found John on Bark, we spoke on the phone and he came over and produced a video that was above and beyond what I expected. Expert piloting and smooth cinemetography! I was so pleased with his work, I hired him the following weekend to shoot aerial video of my boat that I am selling this fall. What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
The secret to taking grest photos is to make the client forget that they need to show up different than they normally are. To forget the focus on the tool, the camera, and focus on the conversation and the experience. To capture a great moment, the photographer should make you feel comfortable, trust, and relax.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
When starting a new project, i always ask what the client's expected outcome of our partnership will be. Where do they intend to use the photos or video? Who do they want it to appeal to? What do they wish to see from the creation of the photo or video?
What do you love most about your job?
What i love most about my job is connecting with new people over a common mission. To help them achieve a goal and take them further together than they could have gone alone.
We as a society have lost many of our common meeting places and city squares. Being a photographer and videographer helps bring me back into a circle of meeting and interacting with great new clients, and friends.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to start a business to have more life balance, a flexible schedule that allowed me to take better care of my health and prioritize learning as well as money making activities during the day. It has been a wonderful decision although sometimes difficult. I wouldn't want it any other way.

Clients should only choose me if they value good conversation, enjoy being treated with respect and like a white glove experience from start to finish.

I offer photo and video creation in person, and can do post production work for both photo and video remotely.
I also have a network of videographers around the country that can assist with in-person needs if the budget doesnt allow for my travel.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have turned off my television and taken control of my own health through the use of proven methods from Max Gerson, and many other generational natural hygeine practitioners.
