It is a sensory overload experience as the plate is as appealing to the eyes as it is to the tastebuds. From the flavorsome main course to the delicious desserts. I cannot say enough amazing things about Chef Paola!!

We traveled to Disney World late Sept/early October for my grandma's 80th birthday. We wanted to have an intimate dinner celebration without the risk of indoor dining during a pandemic.

From the initial conversation to departure Chef Paola was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. She really honed in and came up with the perfect multi-course meal plan that would work for our entire 15 person group (ages 4 to 80)!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa at Disney's Old Key West and Chef Paola and her assistant showed up masked and fully prepared for every portion of meal preparation and service. Every dish was lovingly prepared from scratch. The creamy butternut squash sauce was simply divine and I wouldn't be lying if I said my husband professed his undying love for Chef Paola's mashed potatoes that accompanied the Chicken Toscana.

From beginning to end we had such a wonderful, relaxing evening in our villa celebrating a very special 80th birthday.

Paola made our vacation a vacation!!! I'm a 'hiring a chef' newbie and there was a lot of skepticism among the group of 8 (very picky) adults (my family) that I was vacationing with about hiring a chef. We hired her for three dinner services and everyone has readily admitted it was the BEST decision we had made and that we should have hired her for all 5 nights. She adapted dishes on the fly each night as she learned of preferences/sensitivities/allergies (oops). The food was divine, on par with some of the more expensive/amazing restaurants I've eaten at in the DC area. But what made this experience a vacation (aside from the divine food) was that the atmosphere was so relaxing. Aside from 8 adults there were 4 young children. Knowing they could run around while we enjoyed a meal was priceless and the kids loved the food as well. Also, knowing we could just grab another bottle of wine from the closet vice hemming and hawing over a wine list (and those up-charges) also added to the relaxation. I had an amazing experience with Chef Paola and her assistant!! Her cooking is delicious, her food presentation and taste are excellent! Having her cook in my house added such a special vibe to the party! My guests were amazed and thought her food was delicious. The birthday cake was so so beautiful!!! The decor of the cake was amazing and perfect to the design of the party, and the taste was to die for!! I recommend Chef Paola and will for sure have her again to cook at my house for another party!!!

It was a real treat to have an Italian lady come to my home and cook for me and my family. Chef Paola is an incredible, experienced, and talented chef! ! She was quick to answer any questions I had about her services and was exceptional at providing ideas resulting in the perfect menu for my guests. While cooking a truly authentic Italian meal, Chef Paola entertained us with stories about her home in Sicily. Her meal was creative, colorful, artistic, and, yes, DELICIOUS!!! RAVE!! I cannot say enough good things about Chef Paola Santagati at Italia Cusine. After going to her page, I booked her for a very special birthday dinner for my husband. I had a special request for a favorite from a NYC restaurant that we went to often. She was up for the challenge and even reached out the the chef at that restaurant to make sure she got it right. The food was amazing over the top, but the person that Chef Paola is can never be put into words. She and the NYC chef FaceTimed for my husband when she served the special request. Today is the Festa di San Giuseppe! Celebrating Saint Joseph’s Day with homemade Zeppole di San Giuseppe. I recently hosted 20 Golfer’s in the Orlando area. Given some COVID-19 concerns relating to such large group, I reached out to Chef Paola to inquire as to having a dinner catered at the residence we rented.
Chef Paola was extremely helpful in helping me to set the menu as well as the logistics of accommodating dinner for 20 hungry Golfer’s.
Chef Paola and her assistant brought their own cooking utensils, pots and pans, made a homemade delicious Italian dinner and left the kitchen and the dining area spotless when they left. The guys all raved about the quality of the food and the incredible service.
Hope to repeat next time we are in town.

We hired Italia Cuisine Co. for our son’s birthday and the food was amazing. I always cook but really needed a break from being in the kitchen and will definitely be using her again.
