What do you love most about your job?
I love working with the human condition, working with a person to understand themselves and their stories. Working with someone to help them strive for tomorrow and learn to focus on forging the tomorrow we want today. Hearing how each person is unique in their own way yet at the same time learning how similar everyone really is. Most of all, I have passion in helping others find purpose, meaning, and confidence in who they are and what they will become.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I chose to work as an independent contractor to combat biases toward any 1 way of counseling. Through independent practice, I learn and consult with many different viewpoints to help my clients. Additionally, through independent contracting, I am able to have more direct contact with cleints.
Why should our clients choose you?
I offer a unique approach to counseling where we learn to focus on creating the future we want as opposed to longing for our past. We will work using my combonation of DBT and solution focused therapy with positive psychology techniques to create our goals. Using primary skills to build a basis of confidence and stress management. Then, transitioning to deeper topics of inner strength and finding purpose.

I do provide telehealth sessions with video counseling through zoom.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I offer telehealth sessions to help with client availability and allow clients to wear a mask if they are more comfortable with that.
