Wish I could give a lower rating than one star! Guy never finished my project. Stopped responding. Cracked my tiles, electrically burned a hole in my stove, drilled a hole in my new microwave to wire something not to code and voided the warranty in my new microwave. Nothing is level, cabinets are not the correct size that was promised. Installed tile with caulk, installed baseboards with wood screws and caulked over the holes. Treats his employees poorly ( belittles them and yells at them in front of clients) doesn't clean up work space ever, cigarettes were all over my yard, driveway and garage. Handles on cabinets were crooked. Gaps between cabinet doors. Gaps next to the dishwasher, not trimmed properly. Was supposed to take 4 days took a month. Instead of replacing a tile he filled a 3 inch hole with grout, then I asked him to fix it and he puta tile inside the hole instead of replacing the whole tile. He also blamed my house for putting the hole in my stove and blamed the fridge for cracking the tile..... Do not use this company. Worst experience. Had to hire others to correct what was messed up. The WORST possible experience. Adam was a disaster to work with. He made our experience terrible, aggravating and after we sighed the contract kept upping up the prices of everything he quoted us. If I could rate this business 0 stars I would! They do not deserve any stars. Very bad work ethic and will not honor contracts. Very very rude whenever you speak to them. I guarantee whoever works with this business will have a headache throughout their whole experience with them. You will not have a completed home. They took a 50% deposit of a project and refused to do the project. I warn everyone they will act nice at first to get your money, but after they have taken your money they will treat you like a piece of garbage. My wife and I spent over 25,000 dollars with GL Pro Remodeling. They did our kitchen and bathroom. The work on the installation was TERRIBLE. The sink in the kitchen wobbled and the disposal didn't work. But it gets worse. After our pull-out garbage broke, they essentially refused to service it. When I went in and asked about their unprofessional behavior, they said I wasn't a "regular customer" and it would be "weeks" before they could do anything. This was a personal response to me when I confronted them at their office, because they refused to return my phone calls. My experience with GL Pro Remodeling was awful. I hired them do redo my kitchen and this company was very hard to deal with. They were very unprofessional, they miss measured and ordered the wrong cabinets, and never gave updates of when people were coming to do work. They were always quick to ask for a check but horrible at responding to your questions. The work done was below par and when I asked to have my backsplash redone they refused and said "Well you aren't going to sit there and stare at it are you" and "That will be hard to notice once you put stuff on the counters." We hired GL Pro to remodel our bathroom. They provided all materials and labor.
During the project we experienced various problems including:
*Project started August 1, but wasn't completed until November 2024.
*Two failed plumbing inspections.
*Numerous missed appointments.
*Superintendent abruptly quitting without any notice.
*Overall lack of communication from GL Pro staff and subcontractors.
*Wrong materials ordered and installed.
*Poor quality workmanship.
Now we have ongoing plumbing problems, and little confidence in any of the work completed. We would never recommend or hire GL Pro Remodeling ever again. More...

Not impressed with the service I am receiving with the issues I am having with my kitchen cabinet doors. I had my kitchen remodel completed in August 2024. Absolutely terrible company. DO NOT USE GL Pro Remodeling. They remodeled our small 10x7 guest bathroom. Provided my own fixtures and tile and for $15,800 in just labor and construction materials alone and it took four weeks to complete. Think for the amount we paid, it was a really sloppy job. Asked for the whole room to be waterproofed because we wanted a wet room and they only did the walls by the tub. They put tile directly on drywall instead of putting up durock and redguard as requested. Floor drain should have been flush with the wall for proper drainage and it isn't and the tile isn't sloped right so water doesn't go to the drain but pools at the grout line. I asked for a quote for a kitchen remodel. First off, I had to take call them three times in order to get the quote. Every time, they said someone would get back to me but didn't. The last time they finally responded, they quoted me just an outrageous number - 3 times higher than anyone else. I played along and asked for an itemized quote. They couldn't provide one. Horrible. Save your money and use someone else. Guy is so unprofessional. He comes in with a low bid at cost plus just to get the job and needless to say he doesn't stick to it. Guy even left off big items like slab which he added another $7500 to our total. Our remodel started at $58,000 and before we knew it, it was $65,000 plus. We paid Guy for windows that he never ordered and still owes us for. Best thing we did is fire him before we ran out of money. More...

Pretty terrible experience, unfortunately. For over 12 months we tried to pin down the scheduling for some work on our home. GL Pro Remodeling had received our down payment on the job but did not follow through on this commitment at all. We recently moved to Sherman Oaks from the west side into a flipped home that by all accounts looked perfect, except for an issue with mold in the garage which we knew we’d need to address. Then it rained. HARD. Our house had leaks coming in from almost every door, the garage had cement sloping toward it causing the mold issue to grow worse, and led framing had been used on new doors and windows causing water to seep in everywhere. And then we met Simon. He drove out to our home the same night we called, got us set up with a financing plan, and had his workers begin the next day. Owning a home with issues felt so overwhelming, but Simon was ALWAYS professional, perfectionistic, and was honest with us if something didn’t need to be replaced. He genuinely cares about his customers, and has pride in the work his company does. In fact, my husband’s parents were so impressed with their work that they are now having them come to work on their house as well. From start to finish, Simon and his lovely crew fixed our home in a matter of two and half weeks. They are FAST, efficient, and skilled. We hired Guy Levi from GL Pro Remodeling to do a gut renovation of our home in Tarzana. We decided to hire them after interviewing six different contractors. From the initial phone call I had with Guy I knew these guys were different. He was the only contractor to ask that I forward the blueprints we had so that he could come to the meeting prepared. When we met him we immediately felt comfortable entrusting our new home to his company. The scope of work included: gut kitchen renovation, 2 gut bathrooms, tiling, wood floors, removal of structural walls. Our renovation was completed on time. The quality of the work has been great and Guy even occasionally reaches out to make sure everything is ok. I would not hesitate recommending them. I recently completed a kitchen renovation with GL Pro Remodeling. I am very satisfied with how our remodel turned out. I had interviewed multiple contractors and didn't really like any of them. Then Guy Levi came. He was able to modify my kitchen space how I wanted it (other contractors said it wasn't possible). He promised me the renovation would take a weeks and IT DID! You know you love your contractor when you hug him during the project! Guy Levi and his team remodeled our home, everything from the studs on up. Two new bathrooms, kitchen, new floors, new doors. We communicated on daily basis via email. They kept us updated with daily pictures and answered all questions, including the crazy ones, within a very fair amount of time. Our bathroom had the original bathtub/shower combo from when the house was built in the 1960s. We contacted GL Pro Remodeling to remodel it, which included demoing the old tub/shower, replacing an oddly large window with a standard sized bathroom window, creating a new, modern shower, adding new lighting and plugs, and replacing the toilet, cabinet and sink. Levi was great through the entire process, keeping in touch at every step, and his crew showed up in a timely manner when they said they would. Each individual worker, the tile guy, the glass guy, the paint guy, the stucco guy, etc, did a high quality job. I am very happy and they did really very nice work.
